Your Mission:
As our Design Lead, you'll craft the visual language for how people think, remember, and create in partnership with AI.
You'll be designing the future of the human-AI interface.
Define TwinMind's Visual DNA:
Create the design system that will shape how millions interact with their AI second brain.
Design end-to-end experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms that make complex AI feel intuitive and delightful.
Ship Fast, Iterate Faster:
Own the entire design stack—from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and engineering handoff
Work directly with our Founders to shape product strategy and translate user insights into features that create magical moments
Build the Brand & Culture:
Establish TwinMind's brand identity from the ground up—logos, marketing materials, and the aesthetic that defines the AI age
Set design culture as our lead designer, establishing processes, tools, and standards that will scale with the team.
What We're Looking For :
3+ years of design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft and systems thinking
Expert-level skills in modern design tools: you dream in Figma components and can build complex design systems in your sleep
Proven track record of designing and shipping consumer products at scale with real user impact
Strong visual design sensibility: typography, color theory, and composition are second nature
Startup DNA: comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats
Bonus: experience designing AI-powered products or interfacesReady to Design the Future?
Exceptional candidates will have the chance to join TwinMind full-time as one of the first ten founding members with significant equity.
