The Role

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to own TwinMind’s presence across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (Shorts/long-form), Product Hunt moments, and relevant communities. You’ll turn complex AI into clear, compelling stories, build a consistent brand voice, and drive measurable growth (reach, engagement, signups/installs).

What You’ll Do

  • Own social strategy & calendar: narratives, content pillars, weekly cadences, and campaign timelines tied to launches and seasons.

  • Create and publish high-performing content: short video, carousels, threads, hooks, thumbnails, captions, and on-brand visuals.

  • Run experiments: A/B hooks, formats, posting times, CTAs—optimize for watch time, CTR, share rate, and conversions.

  • Manage community: replies/DMs, founder amplification, partner mentions, influencer relationships, and UGC programs.

  • Collaborate on launches with Product Marketing (briefs, assets, tracking links) and coordinate with PR, Growth, and Support.

  • Build creator/influencer pipeline: outreach, briefs, whitelisting/UGC, and performance reporting.

  • Maintain brand voice & guardrails for AI claims, privacy, and accuracy; handle light crisis comms with clear escalation paths.

  • Report weekly metrics and insights; turn data into next-week actions.

  • Spin up playbooks: templates for threads, video scripts, carousels, and community responses to scale quality and speed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing social for a tech or consumer product, with a portfolio of posts/reels/threads that drove measurable results.

  • Strong short-form storytelling and copy skills (hooks, clarity, concise CTAs).

  • Hands-on with editing tools (CapCut/Descript/Premiere), basic design (Figma/Canva), and thumbnail optimization.

  • Data-driven operator familiar with UTMs, cohort views, and social analytics; comfortable setting channel-level KPIs.

  • Clear communicator who can collaborate with founders, designers, PMs, and support.

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching AI products or technical tools; comfort simplifying complex topics.

  • Worked with performance creative for paid social and can partner with Growth on boost/whitelisting.

  • Community building in Discord/Reddit; ambassador or campus programs.

  • Product Hunt launch experience; creator deals (briefs, usage rights, compensation).

  • Basic SEO/ASO awareness to align content with search intent and app store moments.
