Your audio is never saved by default
Audio is converted to text in real time. Within seconds, the original audio is deleted and not stored anywhere else.
Since no audio or speaker labels are saved by default, there's no way to trace anything back to a specific voice or person.
Your conversations remain as private notes for you, not as recordings.

Your notes are stored entirely on your device. They never touch our servers.
The tradeoff: your notes live only on this device. Delete the app, reset your phone, or lose it, and the notes go with it. We can't recover what we never had.

A note on transcripts and attribution
Because audio is deleted by default and no speaker labels are attached, the transcript alone can't prove who said what.
If you need attributed transcripts, turn on save audio and identify speakers.
A note on recording laws
TwinMind is built to protect your privacy, but it's your responsibility to follow the recording and consent laws where you are.
Many places require all parties to consent before a conversation is recorded. If you're unsure, consult a legal professional.
