Hello there, Welcome to TwinMind.
We're excited to help you capture your thoughts, conversations, and meetings. This guide will walk you through the essentials to get you started.
1) How to Capture a Note
You can capture any meeting, lecture, or voice note. Just open the app and tap the big blue button!
You can turn off your screen or leave the app in your pocket; TwinMind will keep capturing.
You'll see a timer and a waveform on your screen to know that recording is in progress.
TwinMind will only record until you hit stop.

⚠️ Important Note: Due to restrictions on both iOS and Android, TwinMind cannot capture phone calls made on the same device. The the device’s microphone can’t be used by other apps during a phone call.
2) How to Capture Calendar Events
TwinMind syncs with your calendar to make capturing meetings even easier.
See What's Coming Up: Your scheduled events will appear in the "Coming Up" section on the home screen.
One-Tap Capture: You can tap any event card to begin capturing. This automatically links the recording to that calendar event.

Manage Your Calendars: Too many events? Tap the view more next to the calendar section to select or unselect specific calendars you want to see.

💡Pro Tip: If you signed in with Google, you'll see your Google Calendar. If you signed in with Apple, you'll see your Apple Calendar.

4) How to Chat with Your Memories
Chat is your primary way of interacting with your memories.
1. Chat with a Specific Meeting or Note:
During or after capturing, you can ask questions like, "What were the main decisions made?" or "Turn this into an Investment Memo" The chat will only refer to the transcript.

2. Chat with Multiple Meetings Notes and Memories:
From the home screen, you can chat with your entire personal archive.

The "Memories" toggle will be on by default. This allows TwinMind to search across all your past meeting summaries, transcripts, and calendar events.
